We visit your property in person. This is the most thorough option because we can assess lighting conditions at different times of day, feel the materials, test furniture comfort, and evaluate spatial flow by physically walking the space. On-site sessions are available for properties in Houston, Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Galveston, and surrounding areas.
Best for: Properties that need layout changes, lighting assessment, or a detailed evaluation of finishes and materials. Also ideal for hosts who want us to see the property exactly as guests will experience it.
Virtual Design Strategy Session
We conduct the session over video call. You walk us through the property on camera, and we assess each room in real time. We also review your listing photos, your current reviews, and comparable listings in your market before the session so we come prepared with data-specific observations.
